Spencer brings 25 years of sales leadership experience in designing and implementing BPO solutions for some of the most recognizable brands in the world. Prior to Buwelo, Spencer founded and led a successful outsourcing consulting company for more than a decade.

As Vice President of Growth, Spencer has a key role in overseeing new opportunities and business development at Buwelo.

In his spare time, Spencer enjoys jet skiing, travel, golf, and involvement in local charitable work.
