PABLO CAROSELLA

Pablo has nearly 18 years of experience working in the BPO industry and managing complex solutions for some of the biggest brands in the world.  He is a lawyer specializing in business law, has an MBA, and has a Black Belt in Six Sigma. He speaks 5 languages and had the opportunity to work all around the world and lived in 3 different continents.

At Buwelo, Pablo leads our European, Africa, Latin America, and Central American sites.

His main responsibility is to make sure our Partners get the best quality service and that our team members are satisfied and happy.

Pablo has been involved for years in charitable organizations and has created partnerships with several associations in all countries where Buwelo operates.  In his spare time, Pablo loves to practice Kung Fu, go to the gym, listen to music, and spend time with the family.
