Mark D’Angola is Senior Vice President, Operations (APAC) - In this role, he is responsible for Buwelo’s Asia Pacific call centers that engage with more than five million customers annually through phone, email, messaging, and social media channels. Mark and his teams deliver an improved customer journey by providing our front-line employees with the tools, policies, and processes needed to succeed at their job.

With over fifteen years of experience, Mark has a passion for helping people and organizations. He has advised business leaders in the areas of leadership development, change management, strategic planning, operations, and product development.

Mark held previous BPO leadership roles in Operations, Performance Engineering, and Quality. He championed BPO Solutions for high-profiles and subsidiaries representing some of the top Fortune 500 companies in North America. His track record highlights local and international success in leading multicultural functional teams.

Mark graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a bachelor’s in Aeronautical Science.
