Jim has nearly 25 years of experience in managing complex customer care solutions for some of the most recognizable and reputable brands in the world.  As a highly sought-after consultant, Jim has lived on four continents implementing and managing large contact center operations. Jim's experience in voice and back-office management runs deep, having managed over one hundred-million-dollar P&L operations for many of the largest customer service providers in the world.

As Chief Client Officer for Buwelo Jim is responsible for client satisfaction and organic growth.

Jim is involved in several charitable organizations including funding orphanages in the Philippines, building schools, and digging water wells in Africa, and anti-child trafficking, and child slavery around the world.  In his spare time, Jim is an avid sports fan, runner, foodie, scuba diver, and an eclectic music aficionado.
